Sheila Mitchell, MD
Board Certified in Family Medicine
Dr. Mitchell is the founder of Spirit of Health Wellness Clinic and Learning
Center. She is extremely happy to see her vision for an integrative clinic
of holistic practitioners come to fruition.
After practicing in larger medical groups for over fourteen
years, Dr. Mitchell decided to do it her way, creating an environment
where patients can participate in the healing process on all levels, including
mind, body and spirit. This inclusive aspect of health care is particularly
important for Dr. Mitchell, who travels frequently to South America to
explore traditional, indigenous methods of healing.
Dr. Mitchell cares for the entire family, from providing
wellness exams to attending to compex medical problems. She enjoys taking
a holistic approach to health and collaborating with alternative providers
for your health.
